Scott Loochtan has been been providing insurance solutions to individuals since 1987, the year he became licensed and started his first agency. He has been involved in insurance in one form or another his whole life. Scott started his next agency in 1991 with two of his friends, both of whom are still with him today–one of whom is now his brother-in-law. The office, was just that, one office, located in his father’s candy factory that had one desk, one phone and one computer.
In 1997, Scott’s agency changed its name to Senior Services of Illinois, Inc., which is an Independent, Authorized Exclusive General Agent for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois. A distinction that only four other agencies in the state of Illinois hold. Scott is the President and the company specializes in health and Medicare-related coverage.

Jenn Hamann started in the Insurance industry in 2007 and immediately proved that hard work can overcome inexperience. Within her first year she was the #7 producer in the country with one of the largest and most widely known insurance agencies. Her ability to lead others gravitated her to co-founding her own agency and within months, they became the #1 GA for yet another well-known agency.
Her expertise and credibility led a nationally renowned sales trainer, to seek her out to found a new Insurance Agency. In the midst of a recession and with the challenges of major changes to the health care industry; the agency became a million dollar producer within 60 days and a Premier Agency within 6 months.
She has been with Senior Services of Illinois since 2012 focusing on growing the Medicare, Individual Health, and Group business. She handles many of the day to day operations including managing, planning, coaching and retaining business. She successfully trains agents to increase their own personal production, reach and surpass their own sales goals, and grow their business to new heights.
Prior to health insurance Jenn was a National Political Fundraiser. Jenn resides in Denver, Colorado with her husband Doug and her two children, Brayden and Gavin.

Jo Tillotson is person of action and committed to maximizing the consumer and community experience. She sets a standard of integrity, energy and purpose in every detail of that commitment. Over the last 14 years in the Health Insurance industry Jo has held various positions such as claims, medical authorizations, employer group sales and retention, Medicare and ACA education and sales, community relations and development, trainer and mentor to others.
Her knowledge and experience, along with her Spanish bilingual skills combined with her kind hearted nature have been essential in assisting people with understanding health insurance and cultivating lasting relationships. Jo is Health and Life licensed since 2007 and is currently licensed in four states. Her passion in life is “Serving, inspiring, giving and being a blessing to all those around her”.
Jo is a family woman with a devotion to God, her husband and six children. She is also an enthusiastic member in the community, which includes serving at her church and Vice President of the RSVP Advisory Council for the City of Albuquerque, Department of Senior Affairs.
Amber Cascio has been with SSI since late 2013 as part of our administration team. She believes in getting information to clients in a timely manner and that every day is a challenge, but when we work together as a team, we can overcome those challenges. When Amber is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family in North Carolina where she resides.
Alana is a driven individual who is passionate about serving people. She has worked in direct patient care and in Health Insurance where she served for nearly 14 years advocating for her customers.
Her drive toward delivering an excellent customer experience provided her with many opportunities to develop within the industry. Her experiences include claims, Mail Order Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) Client Support, Medicare, Medicaid program implementation, Individual and Group sales support, Process improvement, Enrollment, and Emergency Room Patient Navigation implementation. Alana strives to educate, advocate and empower her customers while building a trusting quality relationship with those she serves.
When Alana isn’t working, she enjoys hiking, watching movies, playing family games, attending car shows and sampling local flavor with her husband and four children.
Cynthia Rojas is passionate about the needs of others, “Helping is an indescribable satisfaction” she says. She is a licensed professional, bilingual in Spanish and has made it a mission to help people in a comfortable and simple way. Cynthia loves spending time with her family- wonderful husband of 11 years, beautiful 8-year-old daughter and active 2-year-old son. Kimberleigh began working at SSI since early 2015 as part of our administration team. She is dedicated to going above and beyond for our customers as one of our Customer Advocates. Her moto is there is no problem to big, and anyone who has worked with her knows this to be true. Kimberleigh and her daughter live in Evanston, Illinois.
