Scott Loochtan has been providing insurance solutions to individuals since 1987, the year he became licensed and started his first agency. He has been involved in insurance in one form or another his whole life. Scott started his next agency in 1991 with two of his friends, both of whom are still with him today–one of whom is now his brother-in-law. The office, was just that, one office, located in his father’s candy factory that had one desk, one phone, and one computer.
In 1997, Scott’s agency changed its name to Senior Services of Illinois, Inc., which is an Independent, Authorized Exclusive General Agent for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois. A distinction that only four other agencies in the state of Illinois hold. Scott is the President and the company specializes in health and Medicare-related coverage.

Jenn Hamann started in the Insurance industry in 2007 and immediately proved that hard work can overcome inexperience. Within her first year, she was the #7 producer in the country with one of the largest and most widely known insurance agencies. Her ability to lead others gravitated her to co-founding her own agency and within months, they became the #1 GA for yet another well-known agency.
Her expertise and credibility led a nationally renowned sales trainer, to seek her out to found a new Insurance Agency. In the midst of a recession and with the challenges of major changes to the health care industry; the agency became a million-dollar producer within 60 days and a Premier Agency within 6 months.
She has been with Senior Services of Illinois since 2012 focusing on growing the Medicare, Individual Health, and Group business. She handles many of the day-to-day operations including managing, planning, coaching and retaining business. She successfully trains agents to increase their own personal production, reach and surpass their own sales goals, and grow their business to new heights.
Prior to health insurance, Jenn was a National Political Fundraiser. Jenn resides in Denver, Colorado with her husband Doug and her two children, Brayden and Gavin.
Hector Alaniz is working on finishing his translation certification degree so he can help translate for Spanish speakers who do not speak English.In hisfree time he likes to be outdoors with friends, plays sports, such as basketball and soccer, and also likes to play video games with friends and watch tv.
Sariah Eldridge has worked in customer service for 8 years and strives to give the best care to our customers. She always tells herself while helping people “What would I do if I were in their shoes?” which helps her to provide the best customer service possible. She enjoys skiing, gaming, and cooking.
Aurora started her work in the healthcare field as a Direct Care Professional providing daily care and assistance for disabled participants in their homes. Through doing this type of work she says she has gained a special understanding of the needs of our clients. She enjoys helping people and brings a friendly face, a positive attitude, and a compassionate heart when dealing with clients. Aurora enjoys working as a team and she is hardworking and dependable.

Dominique started with CDIS in the summer of 2019, from the first day she has thrived to learn and know all things healthcare and Medicare. Coming from a humble background, locally born and raised in Albuquerque. She feels the most success in her career path has been the fulfillment brought by being a part of the Customer Advocate team. She loves to go the extra mile when providing genuine assistance to every CDIS client.
Her motivation is her supportive husband and three lovely daughters. Her hobbies are reading, writing, and outdoor activities with the family.
Sara has been working in customer service for seven years. She’s hardworking, compassionate, and upbeat. Sara started working in insurance services in August of 2019. The company has become more than just a workplace–she considers the people, and space, like a second family.
She strives to help customers get the best service as well as make them smile. Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with friends, family, watching movies, baking, and traveling.
Shelley’s background in the healthcare industry comes from 9 years of work in a retirement community. These years taught her patience and compassion for people of all backgrounds. Working in customer service she tries to bring a positive attitude to any situation. She has an eagerness to problem-solve, making sure the customer is leaving with a pleasant and successful experience.
In her free time, she likes seeing live music, seeing the world and spending time in the great outdoors with her dog Simon.
Cynthia Rojas is passionate about the needs of others, “Helping is an indescribable satisfaction” she says. She is a licensed professional, bilingual in Spanish and has made it a mission to help people in a comfortable and simple way.

Kimberleigh began working at SSI in early 2015 as part of our administration team. She is dedicated to going above and beyond for our customers as one of our Customer Advocates. Her motto is there is no problem too big, and anyone who has worked with her knows this to be true. Kimberleigh and her daughter live in Evanston, Illinois.
Anna has worked in customer service for eight years. She started working in family healthcare and has a passion for patient advocacy. Anna strives to provide a straightforward and easy experience in navigating the health field. Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with her dogs in the outdoors.
