Debra has been with Senior Services of Illinois since 2010 and brings over 40 years of health insurance experience, service, and professional development. She is also an Associate in Customer Service (ACS), an Associate in Insurance Agency Administration (AIAA), and an Associate in Insurance Regulator Compliance (AIRC). Debra has her insurance licenses in Life, Health, Property, and Causality, and is certified for longer-term care in Illinois. Debra served as President of the Health League Ministry of her church in Chicago for over ten years coordinating annual community preventative health fairs, and workshops, sponsoring CPR/AEP training classes, and singing in her church choirs over the years. Debra continues her family’s legacy of service, leading by example, for her daughter and four grandsons. She believes a specialist provides quality service without being asked and takes time to listen. She discovers individual needs and utilization and has complete knowledge of product and technical innovations to suit you and your family.
