Jenn Hamann

Jenn began her career in the insurance industry in 2007 and quickly proved that determination and integrity matter more than experience alone. Within her first year, she rose to become one of the top producers in the country. After co-founding an agency that grew into one of the nation’s leading General Agencies, Jenn joined Senior Services of Illinois in 2012 with a focus on building and leading a high-performing Medicare sales organization.

While she still enjoys selling, Jenn now spends most of her time overseeing day-to-day operations, coaching and training agents, and developing strategies that help teams grow production and consistently exceed goals. She is passionate about leadership, believes in doing what’s right for the client, and instills that same client-first mindset in every agent she mentors. Jenn is also a proud member of the AmeriLife Women’s Distribution Leadership Council.

Originally from Southern California, Jenn spent eight years working in Washington, D.C., before settling in Colorado, where she raised her family for 21 years. In September 2024, she made the move to Florida. She has been married to her husband, Doug, since 2001 and is the proud mom of two adult sons, Brayden and Gavin. Outside of work, Jenn loves traveling—especially to beach destinations—and spending quality time with family and friends. Her philosophy is simple: happiness isn’t a goal, it’s a lifestyle.
